this PR introduce configurable loglevel for the maestro agent via the `maestro.agent.loglevel` config option. this PR also moves maestro agent config options from `maestro.xxx` to `maestro.agent.xxx` Signed-off-by: Gerd Oberlechner <goberlec@redhat.com>
