Describe The Bug
With autojoin set to ignore, the in-game party menu can’t display the invitation to manually select accept/decline. Is this the intended behavior?

If I’m reading it correctly, only with ~=2 will it addoutgoingpacket, but otherwise not pass anything along thus no ability to manually accept/decline. Could the packet-in event set elseif a == 2 then e.blocked = false, or some logic to that effect, to deliver the invitation normally?
