Added default config.toml file. It should be placed in same directory next to .exe file.
You can now palce workshop link right into your terminal: looping and reading link from stdin is now supported.
Be ready that some wallpapers will not be downloaded because of third-party API we are using.
Please contribute, there is an opened issue to support steam API directly.
