Migrate from arduino framework to esp-idf

MSR-2 is already based on esp-idf framework. However, MSR-1 continues to stick to arduino. Since arduino has extra separation layers it can make the code run slower and device be more likely overloaded. ESPHome now recommends use of esp-idf framework as the main one. Can we migrate MSR-1 to this framework that is lighter and better supported in ESPHome?
