After running the SCEVAN analysis, the raw count matrix that was outputted was filled with both positive and negative decimal values, but what does a decimal copy number mean? Most of the numbers were very small, less than +/- 0.01.

This is an inferred log-ratio copy number, obtained by subtracting normal cells as a reference. The integer copy number was inferred for all tumor cells or for each subclone and can be found in the .seg files located in the output folder.
