What is the maximum number of cells?

I would like to ask what is the maximum number of cells acceptable to use this software, because I will encounter an error due to too many cells when using infercnv. Hope to get your reply.

Hi @amingson,
Thanks for the interest. There is no fixed limit of cells in SCEVAN; the limitation depends on the memory capacity of the machine being used. In case of problems, the number of parallel cores can be reduced to optimize memory usage.
