M_det函数似乎有Bug，正负号会出现错误 #13

行列式a[4][4]={5,7,5,5，3,8,3,1,3,5,3,8,5,7,3，7}，行列式正确值为206，但M_det(a)为-206;

我也遇到了相同的问题，经过我的排查，是因为进行初等变换的过程中发生了一次行交换。根据矩阵的数学规则，矩阵行（列）互换，行列式变号，所以会出现这种问题。
