Passing a negative argument (just the C-- or M--) to puni-kill-line gives a Wrong type argument: number-or-marker-p, -. Passing a -1 (or a -2, ..), however, works. But I think the negative argument should work (from my reading of its documentation). Moreover, the behavior seems inconsistent with that of puni-forward-kill-word where a negative argument (as well as -1 or -2, ...) work.
