Ignore more when running sonar project scan

Description

Ignore files that don't need to be scanned by sonarcloud to avoid an artificially low score.

I'm not sure if ignoring src/layout/**/index.tsx is the right thing to do (there's important code in those files). And if we ignore the code generator, why not ignore the entire folder instead of just the run.ts file?
