✨ Enhancement Description

  • Update the ScrollTop to reflect the new colors and design provided in Figma.

🛠️ Proposed Implementation

  1. Review ScrollTop design specifications.
  2. make/copy new component to ui/v2 folder
  3. Update the SCSS.
  4. Deprecate old version and implement v2 to project
