Refactor update to AindBehaviorServices 0.8.0

• Updates schemas and services infrastructure to Aind Behavior Services 0.8.0
• Adds arbitrary pdf specification as a new distribution to sample from
• Update screen calibration source (deprecated local files in favor of schemas)
• Treadmill is disengaged at the end of a session
• Add watchdog instance to launcher script
• Logging:
  • Session name is now derived from the session schema instead of created in bonsai
  • All subfolders in the session root now strictly adhere to scientific computing standards
  • Other folder was removed from the session root. Contents are now in Behavior/Logs
