Terminals are blank on Steam Deck

When I open a new terminal with Decky Terminal on my LCD Steam Deck, the terminal window is always blank; the area, where the terminal would show the text shows nothing. The selected shell is started, but can't see anything it does, and thus can't interaction with it. I did try blindly to type 'exit', but have not seen the shell exit then.

Confusingly, it stopped working when I've installed the CSS loader plugin, though even after removing, it still didn't worked. I kind of feel that I'm doing something wrong though, instead of it being a bug. Also, for the record, I'm also using rwfus for using an OverlayFS, but the plugin worked while I was using it. Again, I also messed up the (rwfus) configuration, so any installation that I was using, is lost.

Same issue on my Deck OLED as well.

I took some time, on how to debug on my Steam Deck, and noticed a "Error: Terminal requires a parent element." error message in the console. Not sure what would be the best way to help with finding this error. I shared a log file and a screenshot of the error message. Hope that helps.

Same issue here. I'm on an OLED and Decky is on v3.1.3, but otherwise I have the same configuration as OP (though I'm not using rwfus).

I've currently trying to fix some issue with latest bundling mechanism that utilizes rollup., It seems xterm isn't properly being bundled since the decky plugin system has migrated to ESModule based system.
