[Refactor: CRPCC-4291] Remove terms and conditions checkbox
Terms and conditions checkbox was removed from the payment link.
Changes Made:
- Eliminate the terms and conditions checkbox and its related form.
- Ensure all functionality previously dependent on the checkbox remains intact.
