Impossible to tame wolves

A config option to disable wolves auto agro
Describe why you want this. If there's a reason.
Wolves cannot be tamed in an angry state. I would like to disable their out agro because there is several mods based around wolves in my modpack

There is an item, called "guide to animal companionship" (I think I spelled it right), that makes tamable animals passive towards you
