Request: Add function forbid weapons/gadgets on Small Teamsize

Hi,

I have a Request: Add function forbid weapons/gadgets on Small Teamsize loadout enforcer
I want to forbid:

Hydra Rockets
Zuni Rockets
Smart Rockets
Heatseekers
Tow Missile

When there are 10, 14, 16 players on the server then the loadout enforcer stop checking for these gadgets on players loudout. Is't possible to add this for Small Teamsize?
