- upgrade dependencies

Currently some command tests fail due to invalid mocking of "@lokse/config" or "open" modules. |

One test has a different behaviour now. It seems like a small difference, especially since we dont use cli flags, but please let me know, whether I should fix the test or solve this any other way. |
