Create a free / paid version of Pasco

We would like to come up with a way to help fund future developments for Pasco.

One idea is to create a free version and a paid version. For now we want them to be exactly the same, the idea is that we kindly ask people to consider buying the paid version. Lots of services are setup to buy Apps from the app store but not make donations. So this is really just a way to act as a donation that might be easier for organisations to do.

We will change the current app to the 'Pro' version so that existing users don't feel like they are being pushed out.
