Crear un sistema de pop ups de fácil uso en cualquier componente para dar avisos sencillos al usuario

Adicional a eso identificar uso de alerts en el codigo y reemplazarlos usando el sistema de pop ups anteriormente usado.

Agregar al issue las líneas identificadas con el alert
