Fix conda build verification step in CI workflow

Overview

The conda build verification step fails to retrieve the .tar.bz2 package.

Solution

I think the problem might be similar to this.
The latest conda version by default outputs .conda format packages, therefore the workflow needs to be changed to fix this.
