Thank you for this. I am currently re-doing the documentation in #287 which should hopefully end up in a new home_widget version this week. In there there is now a dedicated Page for Updating the Widget where I have taken into account this feedback. A preview of that section can be found here: https://docs.page/abausg/home_widget~287/usage/update-widget As the new documentation will cover this I will therefor close this PR |

Documentation update - I got stuck trying to update the glance widget for a while, not realising it was the receiver that needs to be targeted, not the widget itself
