Warning about incomplete rules

There is a warning that the rules for company games, stating that the rules are incomplete.

at this point the rules are as complete as any 504 ruleset.
The share round has been fleshed out. (possibly too much, and I bear full responsibility for that)
and the income and other rules collisions have been ironed out.

So at this point this warning is no longer as necessary specifically for games with 9.I/9.II.

However the rules are still incomplete for every game. so maybe this warning or another like it should always be present until the full rules have been implemented.
