The current print version uses only black for the various sections. I would like for those to be in color (like the ui). For those with B&W printers, they would be shades of gray. Comments?

My theory was always that most users will want black and white, because blocks of color are expensive. If we're adding color, it'd be good to at least make it an option, since grayscale renditions are likely to look significantly worse than the current B&W rendering.
