…ponses (#5179) When searching for store source with id that's recently taken down, store source will return 404 instead of empty results (what winget-cli-restsource does). This will be treated as a source search error in our code. The fix is to treat 404 response with certain schema as empty result instead of failure. Tested manually with store source and added unit tests. fixes #4785, fixes #4784

## Issue Updating the version of CsWinRT that we use lead to a problem with conflicting WinRT.Runtime assemblies (microsoft/winget-dsc#140). While that issue was mitigated by delisting the offending version, in order to ship any release with the newer version of CsWinRT, we need to embed the WinRT.Runtime in our assemblies. ## Change Move to use embedded CsWinRT, specifically in `Microsoft.WinGet.Client.Engine` and `Microsoft.Management.Configuration.Processor`. The dependent projects are updated to no longer reference CsWinRT, but requires some special handling to prevent errors. Since the configuration code was leveraging a projection assembly, it is being replaced by the processor. The projected types are shared out to those dependent binaries via `InternalsVisibleTo`. Also fixes an annoying behavior where an exception escaping from a command execution would prevent the `--logs` option from opening the log location (error cases being more likely to be the time one would want the logs of course).

## Change In response to some other discussions, update the configuration environment behavior: 1. Add an environment at the set level 2. Don't inherit environment data into child units, and don't promote environment data when serializing Updated the one consumer of environment (dynamic factory) to be responsible for the flow of the security context from the set to the immediate child units. Also improved serialization of groups to output the non-resource properties.

When I was reviewing the pipeline runs, I always saw configure export test tear down time out when uninstalling the test package. Then I realized the test source was reset before we call uninstall and causing the package to be not found.

According to the NuGet management tools in Visual Studio, `Newtonsoft.Json` had different versions being used across different projects within the solution. This PR bumps them all to the same version, moving some from `13.0.2` up to `13.0.3`. In the cases where the version specification was added, it is due to the package being a transient dependency

I know that NuGet packages are typically not updated unless there are CVEs, important bug fixes, or other specific need to. However, when reviewing the list of NuGet packages installed, I saw that YamlDotNet was several versions out of date. This package directly affects the parsing of manifests within WinGet and the associated utilities. Given that, I thought it best to update it, especially given the fact that 1.10 is preparing to go through the release cycle, which would give these changes enough time to be tested in the 1.11 previews and testing cycles. This change only directly updates the top-level project - `WinGetUtilInterop`. I'm expecting that all the other projects which have this NuGet package as a transient dependency will pick up this new version, as all of them have a Project Dependency on `WinGetUtilInterop`. The projects which consume this change - ### Top-Level * WinGetUtilInterop ### Transitive * AppInstallerCLIE2ETests * Tool\IndexCreationTool * Tool\LocalhostWebServer * WinGetSourceCreator * WinGetUtilInterop.UnitTests

Instead of relying on the parameters to be in the correct order for minimum and maximum when creating a VersionRange, the code can instead just put them in the right order.

<!-- To check a checkbox place an "x" between the brackets. e.g: [x] --> - [x] I have signed the [Contributor License Agreement](https://cla.opensource.microsoft.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs). - [x] This pull request is related to an issue. - Resolves #2852 ## Description: This PR adds validation for URL to SHA256 mappings. It is presumed that a single URL should only return a single SHA256, so if a manifest has different SHA256 for the same URL, this will now throw a validation *error*. This will also help reduce potential load on the Validation Pipelines at winget-pkgs as the `InstallerSha256` mismatch will be caught during manifest validation and the validation will exit before it proceeds to installer validation. Additionally, as noted in the initial issue, it would be unlikely (but possible) for two different URLS to point to the same SHA256. Validation was added for this case, but will only throw a validation *warning*. It is also necessary for this to be a warning so that this change does not become a breaking change. ----- ###### Microsoft Reviewers: [Open in CodeFlow](https://microsoft.github.io/open-pr/?codeflow=https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/pull/5233) --------- Co-authored-by: Muhammad Danish <mdanishkhdev@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: JohnMcPMS <johnmcp@microsoft.com>
