[BUG] Edit UI Not Showing Field Labels for Dates after Upgrade to v19.03

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

Your environment

• 2sxc version(s): 16.09 was upgraded to 19.03
• Browser: any (using Chrome)
• DNN / Oqtane: only tested on DNN v9.13.07
• Hosting platform: all | IIS on Physical in-house Win Server 2019
• Ui Languages: any/all

The bug is fixed; the label now correctly shows the content type's label again. The fix will be included in the next release.
