Problem Description

在已有模型的基础上，修改基础模型的值，保存并对接成功，不修改应用，此时使用应用问答会报错module not found in the model list, uid :xxx。

Steps to Reproduce

1、在已有模型的基础上，修改模型的“基础模型”,并保存成功。

2、不修改应用，直接使用以前的应用，这时候会报错找不到model

3、新建一个应用，使用修改过的模型，不会报错。
4、修改应用，改成使用其他模型，保存发布，再修改成原来的模型，保存发布，这也也会恢复正常。
