As of December 29, 2023, @echappen and @christophermather will roll off of the Guides project. Going forward, Guides work will be taken care of through the TLC crew.
For the first 3-6 months of 2024, we see the most opportunity in moving forward with two initiatives:
Finish migrating Design Methods
Continue iteratively improving the Guides (and Methods)
The second initiative is covered in a few different epics. Those include:
A post-migration epic: a series of issues flagged in design review prior to Guides launch that were non-blocking but should still be addressed
Review epics: a series of epics assigned to code owners to review issues from old repo backlogs
Implementation epics: a series of themed epics organized by common outcomes
Depending on folks' availability, the Design Methods epic and the review epics can be done in parallel. Items from the post-migration epic should happen soon, and a few of them should be prioritized for the first increment in the new year, if possible (like #341 and #347 ).

I've reviewed the all the tickets, closed some, pulled others into candidates for prioritization and tagged @cantsin for review of engineering related tickets.
I've tagged @adunkman on the policy related tickets that are out of scope to TLC.
