All Two staff members for this project must be listed as Key Personnel, including the Project Manager/Technical Lead.

Question/Comment

Is it required that the Project Manager and Technical lead be the same person or can these be two different people, both key personnel?

Please refer to PWS 5.5.2 (f). The intent is for the Project Manager/Technical Lead to be one person. The product owner expects this role to be involved in hands-on coding operations. The labor categories and key personnel provided are at the discretion of the offeror, and will be evaluated as described in the solicitation.
