keepalive@openssh.com request ignored #98

Hi,
thanks for providing ssh-rs!

When executing long-running commands I get the following log messages:

DEBUG [ssh::channel::local::channel] Currently ignore message 99
DEBUG [ssh::channel::local::channel] Currently ignore request keepalive@openssh.com
DEBUG [ssh::channel::local::channel] Currently ignore message 96

IMHO those keepalive requests should be implemented in ssh-rs.
