The @axelar-network/axelarjs-sdk package introduces a dependency on libsodium-sumo, which is a couple hundred kBs, even gzipped.

From a quick search, the package is used only once in the whole repo.

Would it be possible to remove this dependency? As this is a type package, it really shouldn't be so expensive, bundle-wise.
